Learning outcomes serve as the roadmap for a course. In this sprint, you will use Bloom’s Taxonomy and the SMART technique to create or revise course- and module-level learning outcomes. 

Learning Outcomes

  • Define learning outcomes as statements that captures specifically what knowledge, skills, and attitudes learners should be able to exhibit after instruction
  • Apply Bloom's Taxonomy verbs to create a higher depth of knowledge
  • Apply the SMART technique to existing course- and module-level outcomes to be specific, measurable, and results-oriented
